Professional Learning is the means of building collective responsibility among all teachers for the success of all students. Working as a community, teachers can collectively ensure all—not just some—students experience great teaching and learning. Meanwhile, a Professional Learning Community is the primary strategy that a school system has in order to ensure that all educators continue to improve their effectiveness.
